Summer 2000


Over the summer, I made weekend visits to Berlin, London, and Paris. I also spent a month in St. Petersburg, Russia for work during which I took a weekend train trip down to Moscow. And somewhere in between, I spent a couple weeks in Chicago and Fort Worth.

I was quite surprised when I went home to Fort Worth for a weekend and found that three months after the tornado struck downtown, the high-rise windows are still boarded up!
